Heather is a graduate of Culinary Institute of America. She was formerly menu development Chef for Cesar's entertainment. It was with Caesars that she began her Concept Development career opening restaurants for Guy Fieri, Giada De Laurarentis, and working on Gordon Ramsay’s team for two years. Here she developed an expertise in both the creative development of restaurants and how to make them financially successful. Heather opened eleven restaurants with Caesars and many are now major brands in the company. Her creativity and business savvy are proven to develop successful restaurants and bars on and off of the Las Vegas Strip.

Heather is unlike anyone else in the industry, having worked in concept development, managed both the kitchen and front of house, has an extensive background in culinary as a chef, and has specialized in business development and optimizing financial success her entire career. She is aslo knowledgeable about food science, menu psychology, elevating customer experience, kitchen efficiency, and so much more, making her the easy choice to help you reach and exceed your goals.
